Professional Version — Custom Improvements Policy

Customers who have purchased the Professional version of our software are eligible to request improvements and enhancements based on their operational needs. These requests can be submitted through the Feedback section.

Requested changes will be carefully reviewed, and improvements that provide value to a broad range of users will be implemented and made available in future software updates. Please note that not all requested changes can be applied. Enhancements that are highly specific or intended for individual use cases may require a separate development fee.

That said, minor adjustments and small improvements are usually included at no additional cost as part of the Professional license. Our goal is to continuously improve the software while maintaining stability, usability, and long-term value for all customers.
