1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Rose Label website and software, a product of Rose Etiket, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using Rose Label, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or software.

2. The software and licenses

Rose Label is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the number of systems included in your plan, as shown on our Pricing & Licenses page.

• License files are generated per account and tied to the systems you register.
• You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software without our written permission.
• Custom improvement requests for the Professional edition are handled under our separate Custom Improvements Policy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@RoseLabel.nl if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and may be subject to change; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Mollie. Subscriptions renew for the billing period you selected unless cancelled beforehand through your account panel. Applicable VAT is added where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Rose Label software, website, branding, and documentation remain the property of Rose Etiket. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the software or website for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others;
• Attempt to circumvent license or security controls;
• Interfere with the operation of the website, API, or other users' accounts.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the website and software available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. Support is provided as described on your plan.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rose Etiket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account panel. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, for example through unauthorized redistribution of the software or non-payment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the software or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence under EU law.
